摘要:
目的:探讨OPCML蛋白表达水平与上皮性卵巢癌发生相关关系及其意义。 方法:应用western blotting技术检测8例正常卵巢8例良性卵巢肿瘤6例交界性卵巢肿瘤和36例上皮性卵巢癌组织中OPCML蛋 白表达。 结果:OPCML蛋白表达率在正常卵巢和良性卵巢肿瘤为100%,上皮性卵巢癌33.3%和交界性卵巢肿 瘤66.7%,相比明显减低(P<0.05),OPCML蛋白相对含量在上皮性卵巢癌和交界性卵巢癌组织中分别为0.63依 0.47和1.10依0.40低于正常卵巢(1.66依0.31)和卵巢良性肿瘤(1.52依0.30),卵巢癌中蛋白相对含量均与肿瘤分 期呈负相关(P<0.05),而与病理类型和组织分级无关(P>0.05)。 结论:OPCML蛋白表达与上皮性卵巢癌的发 生、发展密切相关,可作为卵巢癌生物学行为的重要指标。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the mechanismandsignificance of OPCMLinovarianepithelial cancer. Methods:Theexpressionlevels of OPCMLproteinwereevaluatedbyusingwestern-blottingin 8cases of normal ovariantissues,8cases benignovariantumor,6cases of ovarianborderlinetumor and 36cases of ovarianepithelial cancer. Results:The expressionrates andof OPCMLproteininnormal tissues andbenignovariantumor wereboth100%,intissues of ovarianepithelial cancer andborderline ovariantumor wereseparately33. 3%and66. 7%,whichweresignificantlylower thanthat(P<0. 05). Theexpression of intensities of OPCML protein in ovarian epithelial cancer and borderline ovarian tumor were0. 63依0. 47 and1. 10依0. 40,whichwere significantly lower thanthat innormal tissues (1. 66依0. 31)and benign ovarian tumor(1. 52依0. 30)(P<0. 05). Ovarian cancer was negatively correlated with surgical -phatological staging and had nothing to do with hislogical grading or pathological types(P>0. 05). Conclusion:Wecanfindthat OPCMLmayplayimportant roles incarci鄄 nogenesis,development,andinvasionof ovarianepithelial cancer andit canbe thinkas animportant marker of biological behaviors of ovariancancer.
